We are hiring a Sales Manager to generate new corporate and MICE business for Beaverbrook Estate and Beaverbrook Town House. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing our corporate and MICE sales strategy through business development, attending trade shows and using your contacts to win new clients and accounts for our properties.
You will work closely with our Reservations, Events and Marketing teams, as well as with third-party partners and key brand collaborators, to ensure seamless delivery of our sales objectives.
This role can be carried out remotely, with a minimum of one day per week on-site at Beaverbrook. We are looking for someone who is proactive in the field, eager to network, present and secure valuable leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Beaverbrooks business goals and drives revenue growth.
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities, focusing on long-term relationships with high-value clients, partners and stakeholders.
* Taking a proactive approach to generating new leads through fieldwork, networking events and personal outreach. Your black book of contacts will be a key asset in driving growth.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales management within the luxury hospitality or events sector.
* A strong network of industry contacts that you can leverage to bring new business to Beaverbrook.
* A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
