Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in Resistant Materials to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Developing and implementing dynamic lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and the school’s educational goals.
* Assessing student progress regularly and providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
* Collaborating with colleagues within the department to enhance teaching methods and contribute to curriculum development.
* Keeping up to date with the latest developments in materials technology and incorporating them into lesson plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Resistant Materials, Design Technology, or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
* Proven experience teaching Resistant Materials at the secondary level.
