Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in Resistant Materials to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
2. Developing and implementing dynamic lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and the school’s educational goals.
3. Assessing student progress regularly and providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
4. Collaborating with colleagues within the department to enhance teaching methods and contribute to curriculum development.
5. Keeping up to date with the latest developments in materials technology and incorporating them into lesson plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Resistant Materials, Design Technology, or a related field.
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
3. Proven experience teaching Resistant Materials at the secondary level.
