Key Responsibilities: Review and improve internal procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Oversee the purchase, allocation, and disposal of company IT equipment, maintaining proper stock and ensuring devices are allocated to users. Organise meetings, negotiate contracts, and maintain communication with suppliers for office equipment and services. Process payments, allocate costs for mobile devices, IT services, and other related expenses across multiple offices. Lead the rollout of company mobile phones, assist in other IT projects like PC rollouts, and handle device-related queries. Skills & Experience: Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Solid administrative experience, ideally within an IT department. Experience in invoice processing and vendor management.
