Your Role As a consultant within Capgemini, you will be working alongside some of the top experts in the country, on some of the largest and most complex client engagements across the Defence sector. You will be given the opportunity to grow and take on responsibility from day one in a challenging but rewarding and meritocratic environment. • Concept, design and demonstrator development for novel and complex systems (including supporting the development of requirements, system architecture models, safety analysis and trade studies) • Supporting transformation initiatives for complex organisations involving people, processes, and tools. • Consulting with stakeholders to elicit and manage their capability needs and define requirements. • Proposing solutions to address clients’ needs. • Supporting bid work, including costing and technical proposal generation for future system studies. • Engaging within the organization and with customers, including both military specialists and engineering leads. • Presenting at meetings and workshops. • Producing reports, designs and assurance documentation.
