Experience supporting the development of B2B technology product content for pharmaceutical and/or healthcare audiences. You are skilled at collaborating virtually with a global team spanning multiple time zones. Your Essentials for Success in this Role: You have the right instincts to be a business-minded storyteller with potential to capably frame the storyline in context of the market problems facing economic buyers. Knowledge of the B2B buying journey in a technology product context. Track record for helping to distill complex concepts into digestible thought leadership content and sales tools across a variety of formats (e.g., articles, case studies, webinars, videos and product data sheets). Demonstrated experience compiling data for performance reports including SFDC to support the measurement and optimization of marketing programs. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a full range of internal and external business leaders, technical subject matter experts and contractors to delivery quality results. Must Haves: Evidence you have implemented compelling campaigns that drive deeper audience engagement and yield qualified sales leads. Ability to translate a high volume of complex information into content the drives marketing and business goals. Known for follow through and being decisive when decisions need to be made. Confident verbal communicator with strong copy editing and writing capability. Generating performance reports and helping to extract revenue-driving insights from them. Maintaining and optimizing a marketing and sales resource center on SharePoint or a similar platform. Intermediate level knowledge of content management for a B2B website(s). General knowledge of best practices for LinkedIn in a B2B context is an asset. Knowledge of the Pragmatic Marketing Framework is an asset.
