Clienteling Regional Project Manager, Client Solutions team Location: CHANEL Head office, London Reports to: Head of Client Solutions Contract: 12-month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover) Your role CHANEL: Over the past 3 years, Chanel UKO have implemented a set of clienteling and advisor tool applications, which is now rolled out to hundreds of retail users across all 3 divisions. The core functionality and advanced features of these applications have changed how Chanel can deliver a best-in-class experience to our clients in boutiques. As we gain maturity around Clienteling as a business, we are developing more complex enhancements, with My360 becoming the core tool for all boutique users, front and back of house, progressively replacing some legacy applications such as Hub. We are also preparing for the implementation of these applications for our Canada market. In this context, to ensure we deliver the current and upcoming My360 projects in the best conditions, we are extending the role to a regional project manager, which will ensure coordinated delivery across all divisions in the UK&O region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the individual project management of all key My360 evolutions, as well as the overall cross-divisional and regional roadmap consolidation for the My360 program of work. What impact you can create at Chanel: As regional project manager for the My360 program, you will be the owner of the roadmap and project plans, to coordinate, design and deliver high value projects for our divisions in the UK and Canada. Project Management Coordinate and manage the relationship with all 3rd parties involved in the My360 projects Work closely with the business teams to coordinate the design and build of the application(s), to ensure any impacts on global or regional systems are taken into account and managed with any relevant teams or 3rd parties, in collaboration with the My360 application manager and business analysts Define, manage and communicate on the project plan for Clienteling, including risk and issue logging, timeline updates, key deliverables, budget tracker… Organise and run regular project committees, communicate as appropriate with stakeholders for regular updates or ad hoc issues / requirements Define and contribute to the testing strategy for what is being delivered, to ensure testing is exhaustive and correctly executed Wider program management and regional role Work closely with the business teams from each division, understand their requirements and priorities for My360, to define a short-, medium- and long-term roadmap, in line with budgetary guidelines Take input from the wider My360 team (inc. project managers on adjacent projects), you will be responsible for consolidating the project plans at a regional level, to report on the whole program and ensure consistency in its delivery You will liaise with UK&O divisions and global teams to understand the dependencies with global projects and incorporate them in the wider program plan As part of your regional role, you will be responsible for overseeing the project delivery of My360 in Canada. You will work with the regional business teams and wider Chanel Tech teams to define an optimised roadmap, including resource utilization and budget across the region. What you will bring to the role: Key experience Extended experience across Clienteling or equivalent projects, as a business analyst and/or project manager IT experience across the whole omnichannel ecosystem (eCom, POS, mobile applications, CRM…) Requirements gathering and gap analysis Functional and technical specifications Interface and functional architecture design Coordination with teams across the business (digital, marketing, operations, finance, logistics) Coordination with external development teams, technical teams and 3rd parties Backlog management, prioritisation Testing plan and coordination Project plan, budget management, risk and issues log Technologies Experience working with Cegid Y2, Salesforce and Azure middleware is desirable Soft skills Excellent documentation and written skills (specifications, user stories, process flows, architecture diagrams…) Experience in project management (project plan follow up, reporting, comms) Experience in working on large projects involving multiple teams, multi-site and dependencies to other projects Good communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders and managing vendor relationships Rigorous in following, enforcing and proposing evolutions to agreed guidelines for the management of the product roadmap and support processes You are energised by: Working with a variety of teams locally and globally Building strong relationships with stakeholders within the business and IT teams Curiosity about the brand and how technology can empower users as well as offer a best-of-class client experience Working in a lean team of dynamic business analysts and PMs Delivering exciting new features with robust and maintainable technical solutions Being the IT subject matter expert for Clienteling within the team Being the focal point of a project, with an overview of all topics related to it Contributing to the on-going and companywide version of sustainability.
