My client based in the Bromsgrove area is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis.
The main responsibilities associated with the role include:
1. Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and prompt manner
2. Preparing quotes for new customers
3. Booking Engineer for site visits
4. Resolving customer issues or elevating to Senior Management where necessary
5. Ensuring all paperwork is completed on time
6. General admin support to the Sales Department
As a suitable candidate, you will offer the following:
1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Good IT skills including MS Office
3. Be commercially aware
4. Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels
5. Enjoy working as part of a small team
This position is Mon-Fri and the hours are (Apply online only) and the salary on offer is up to £25,000.
