'The Best Connection' are currently seeking a temporary administrator for an immediate start for our food wholesaler in Staplehurst.
Key information:
- Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - Start/finish time: 11:30-17:30 - Break: 30 minutes per day - Hours per week: 30 hours (after breaks) - Salary: £11.44 per hour - 5 minute walk from the train station
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the business operations - Manage and maintain spreadsheets and databases using Excel - Handle communications, including emails and phone calls - Ensure orders are placed correctly - Assist with data entry, filing, and document management - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations - Cash counting - Dealing with call and collect customers - Assist in the warehouse when required - Filing invoices
Requirements:
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel is essential - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Attention to detail is essential - Own transport/accessible public transport
