Job Purpose Issuance of end-to-end Tickets and Calculations of International airfares Re-calculations and Re-issuance of pre-departure/post-departure Tickets with/without ADC Booking, Pricing & Issuance of Ancillary & Auxiliary services, such as EXST/Sports Equipment/Musical Instruments etc Handling of Airline Schedule Changes, Communication with affected passengers and modification of Itineraries. Respond to TEAMS board queries related to Fares & Ticketing matters. Action all Re-calculations of voluntary changes to an itinerary, e.g., Upsell, Change of Date/Fare Brand etc. Process all Airline Agency Debit Advises expeditiously. Have a thorough understanding of Refunds calculations, Under-collection processing, TAX modification & collection. Monitor & Handle all SalesForce Inbox Correspondences within SLA Action Airline Queues TTLS, DUPES, SSRS, S/CHG & RI expeditiously Undertake administrative functions and other duties as directed by the Team Leaders, CSSM and MD as and when required. Handle all failed flights and raise MMRs as required with recommendations on how to pre-empt and mitigate the situation. Qualifications & Experience Excellent knowledge and navigation of SABIO for all Airline Policy & Procedures Excellent knowledge & understanding of MARS/RESCONNECT and/or GDS. Excellent interpretation of IATA Standard/Advance Fares & Ticketing rules & regulations Excellent understanding of Fares display & Pricing Distribution to DLMUK3 A good and working knowledge of basic Finance reconciliation guidelines. A constant awareness of Industry Updates, Regulations & Practices Information Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
