In this role, you'll take a leading role within the Employee & Change Communications (ECC) team, working with key stakeholders from some of our key business areas. Lead regional events: Manage budgets, agencies, and senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding regional events that deepen employee engagement and recognise our colleagues. Drive business change projects: Design and execute compelling communications for business change initiatives. Editorial oversight: Provide editorial oversight and sign-off for designated communication channels. Collaborate with ECC Director: Deputise for and collaborate with the ECC Director to ensure cohesive campaign planning and content delivery. Build strong relationships: Foster strong relationships with both senior leaders and operational colleagues. Inspire colleagues: Promote best practices in employee communications and inspire stakeholders to adopt progressive communication outputs that align with business priorities. What you bring: Proven experience: Demonstrable experience in communications with strong strategic planning skills. Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional writing skills: Exceptional writing and editorial skills with experience leading high-impact communication campaigns. Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Event management: Previous experience managing colleague events in both a live and digital environment. Creative mindset: A creative mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement in communication processes. Team management: Experience in managing or overseeing teams is desirable.
