The role requires knowledge of the Training and Finance Management Information System (TAFMIS). The main responsibility is to maintain and update the database of students trained by MKC Training. The Training Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to training courses within the Engineering Division.

Training Administrator Duties:
* Compiling, maintaining, and distributing all training course documentation per contractual and Divisional requirements.
* Inputting, updating, and maintaining TAFMIS Course Administration database records.
* Designing, developing, and delivering Business Objects Web Intelligence reports to support the MKC Training contract.
* Handling data and report requests, evaluating requirements, building reports, checking data, and deploying reports including ad-hoc reports within deadlines.
* Producing monthly and ad-hoc training reports.
* Responding to incoming queries via post/email.
