You will work collaboratively across the team supporting sales, delivering a strong customer relationship service and satisfaction, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business. Role Responsibilities: ● To interact with customers through email and phone calls to understand their needs ● To follow up on all existing and potential customers enquiries ● To arrange and deliver online customer meetings ● To promote the business and product through attendance at industry events and customer visits ● To deliver exceptional customer service and experience throughout Skills you will need: Essential: ● Previous experience of working in a sales role ● Excellent communications skills, both written and verbally ● Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and develop ● A strong team player who works collaboratively across the team ● Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail ● Committed to deliver a positive customer experience ● Excellent IT skills and a familiarity with CRM software Desirable: ● Agricultural qualification or related experience in the sector ● Experience of working with the farming community Remuneration: An excellent salary and package commensurate to the candidate’s experience.
