Are you passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for two skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Case Managers to join our dynamic team at Abri.
In this role, you will manage complex cases and prepare high-quality responses to requests for information from the Housing Ombudsman Service (HOS) to inform formal investigations, minimising the risk of negative outcomes that could lead to reputational damage or further investigation.
You will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders across Abri’s Operational and Legal teams to ensure accurate and thorough responses are given for investigations.
Owning a case end-to-end, you will also ensure the timely completion of Orders and Recommendations from the HOS, once a case is determined upon.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within complaint handling and risk awareness.
Responsibilities:
* Manage complex cases related to dispute resolution.
* Prepare high-quality responses for the Housing Ombudsman Service.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders for accurate investigations.
* Ensure timely completion of Orders and Recommendations from HOS.
