The Role
As the Creative Strategist, you will:
✔ Develop, script, and brief high-performing ad creatives (video & static) to scale paid social campaigns.
✔ Analyze ad performance data to optimize and iterate creatives for maximum results.
✔ Identify trends & competitor strategies to refine creative concepts and messaging.
✔ Craft compelling direct-response ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
✔ Collaborate with video editors & content creators to produce engaging assets at scale.
This role is perfect for a data-driven creative who understands how to merge performance marketing with engaging, high-converting content.
Skill set required:
* 3+ years of experience managing UGC creative production for a DTC brand.
* Proven track record of delivering ad creatives for brands spending £200k+/month on paid social.
* Strong direct-response copywriting and messaging skills.
* Analytical mindset-confident using Meta Ads Manager & performance data.
* Ability to identify creative trends and apply platform best practices.
* Project management skills-capable of handling multiple creative projects efficiently.
* Basic Figma/Canva experience (a plus).
Benefits:
Competitive salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + bonus + benefits
