To provide hands-on, first-line IT Support to the Business and liaise with third-party managed IT Support Providers where necessary.
Essential
1. IT Systems/ Support experience
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 premium office suite
3. Knowledge of Active Directory Users & Groups
4. Basic network comprehension of TCP/IP & DNS
Desirable
1. Microsoft 365 Admin Centre experience
2. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & Mobile Nav
3. Microsoft Teams & SharePoint admin
4. Microsoft Excel / Power BI
Main Tasks
1. Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers & mobiles)
2. Provide support to IT Hardware within the business, working alongside our IT and Operations Project Managers.
3. Liaising with and escalating issues to third-party software vendors and support partners to provide successful and timely resolutions.
4. Performing setup, deployment & IT equipment provision to Staff.
5. Occasional hardware maintenance of PCs and printers.
6. IT procurement & maintaining IT asset records.
7. To assist and support the Project Managers with the delivery of new systems and technological enhancements.
