Pyramid8 are recruiting for an Administrator to join an excellent organisation who work in the retail design industry. They are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual with excellent administration skills. You will be responsible to provide comprehensive day-to-day support to ensure a high-quality experience for one of their key clients
Due to location of this business a driving licence and vehicle is required.

It is a brand-new opportunity, and we are looking for a highly motivated individual who can hit the ground running and mould the role around the existing Project Managers within the team. This role has a development opportunity to progress to a Project Manager
The role will include,
1. Assisting PM throughout life cycle of a job, in particular:
2. Research & costing
3. Material orders & managing external suppliers
4. Dispatch admin (load lists, commercial invoices, centre bookings, delivery bookings)
5. Liaising with factory, quality checking and keeping key stakeholders (Senior PM / PM) informed
6. Installation support (store surveys, fitters packs, RAMS documents, Whatsapp reporting, wrap up decks)
7. Accounts admin (raising POs, invoicing)
8. Managing small projects alone with support from managing PM
Ideal candidate will have:
9. Experience of working in a similar, fast paced environment.
10. Exceptional organisational skills
11. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and have proven experience with prioritising conflicting deadlines
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
13. Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately
14. Ability to be flexible and adapt to ever changing requirements and deadlines.
15. Proficient in the use of MS Office software including Word and Excel.
16. Ability to follow procedures and processes accurately
17. Experience of being pro-active, to work independently and able to use their own initiative.
18. Have the confidence to suggest better ways of working and process improvement.
