Duration: Temp - Perm
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm
Pay Rate: £11.79ph
Key Duties:
• Manage daily office operations and ensure everything runs efficiently
• Handle correspondence, scheduling, and data entry with accuracy
• Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders professionally
• Maintain organized records and filing systems
Key Skills Required:
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
