Deputy Nurse Manager £22-£22.44 / £42,007+ per annum DoE Three Long shifts a week // Paid Breaks Full-time Ballynahinch. Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be searching for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager in the Ballynahinch area. The Role:
You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group. You will support the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home. You will be a positive, visible role model, promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals. You will maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care, assist the Nurse Manager in writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate, and support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring it operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
1. You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse
2. 6+ months of Nursing experience
3. A Valid NMC Pin
