Our client, an established professional services firm is seeking a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst to join their team of BAs as they transform their IT tech stack.
Main responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into clear user stories.
* Investigate and resolve issues reported by the wider business, ensuring smooth system operations.
* Work closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
* Produce clear project documentation to support completed developments.
* Build strong relationships with users and IT colleagues to ensure effective system management and support.
Skills & qualifications requirements of the Business Analyst:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
* A collaborative mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Interested in future development - committed to achieving a Business Analysis International Diploma or has equivalent experience/qualifications.
