Since 2022, the business has grown rapidly and in 2024 moved to new premises in Kidlington that include modern office accommodation and a large showroom space.
We now require a Finance Administrator to join our growing team as part of the finance function of our business. The role's tasks will include:
Debt Collection: Chase outstanding invoices by phone, email, or mail to ensure timely payment. Follow up on overdue accounts.
Credit Risk Management: Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients by reviewing credit applications, financial statements, and credit reports.
Process and Issue Invoices and monitor payments: Raise invoices in the company system and issue to the customer. Monitor payments and chase all unpaid invoices. Identify to management all overdue payments. Receive invoices from sub suppliers, check for correctness referring any discrepancies back to the sub supplier. Once reconciled enter into the Company system and coordinate their payment with settlement of the associated vehicle order.
Payment Allocations: Accurately allocate payments received to appropriate customer accounts.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while upholding the company’s credit policies.
Compliance: Ensure all credit and collection activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the credit control process to optimize collections and reduce aged debt.
