Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Salary: Circa £75,000 Depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Finding the best technical solution among all possible to solve existing business development or commercial problems within established product governance
* Lead on activities to estimate effort to deliver solutions to baselined requirements from the business within existing framework
* Describing the structure, characteristics, behaviour, of ServiceNow to cross-functional stakeholders
* Defining features, phases, and ServiceNow solution requirements for demand proposed by the business
* Managing maintenance, technical and data governance, and security risks related to ServiceNow and tributary systems
* Responsible for proactively driving as close to out-of-the-box innovation and user experience improvements to the ServiceNow platform
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow (ServiceNow-specific solution architecture)
* Strong architectural working knowledge of at least 3 modules on ServiceNow, preferably ITSM, HRSD and SPM
* Experience working with MID servers, platform wide encryption and OOTB and/or bespoke integrations
* Strong experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Working towards or achieved ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect qualification
* CIS & CSA qualifications

The ServiceNow Team:
The ServiceNow Solution Architect designs, describes, and manages the ServiceNow solution engineering in relation to specific business development problems. The Solution Architect is also responsible for leading the practice and introducing the overall technical vision for the ServiceNow implementation at BAE Systems Shared Services.
