A favourite Private Equity client of ours is seeking an Team Assistant/ Project Coordinator to support 4-5 Directors across their group functions- HR, finance and marketing.
This varied and involved role will include EA and administrative duties such as diary management, travel organisation, expenses and event organisation, as well as working with an external branding agency to project coordinate the creation of high-quality documents, presentations and annual reports.
This role will require extensive organisation and project coordination skills as well as key stakeholder management across the business and externally. Excellent communication, attention to detail and time management is required with strong PowerPoint skills and experience using SharePoint.
