Job responsibilities
1. Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests
2. Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
3. Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
4. Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
What we are looking for
5. Excellent verbal communication skills
6. Being friendly yet professional
7. Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
8. Good attention to detail and punctuality
9. Being proactive is key
10. Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting
11. All products and food items are prepared and served as per pre-agreed food specification.
12. Pre-service checks of the kitchen. All items to be checked and accounted for 4 hours prior to the start of the match, starters, soups, all main, desserts, cheese boards & pies and peas.
13. All food items for service are present, portion controlled as per Head & Executive Chefs instructions.
14. Correct use of equipment/ utilises are adhered to.
15. To ensure and maintain the quality of food prep, production, and presentation within the venue.
16. Agreed standards specified by the Executive Head Chef should be adhered to.
17. Preparation Areas are kept clear and tidy at all times.
18. Chefs are to be presentable at all times in kitchens and in public areas.
19. Post service cleardown is adhered to.
20. Attend all necessary training.
21. All food is hot and well presented.
22. All food is served on time to the rooms.
23. Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations at all times. All regulation forms to be filled in and returned to the chefs’ office.
24. Ensure wastage is kept to a minimum.
25. All food stuffs to be brought back to production kitchen.
