Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food production, preparation, and presentation.
2. Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
3. Create and develop menus that are innovative and appealing to customers.
4. Manage and train kitchen staff, including scheduling and supervising their work.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
7. Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques.
Experience:
1. Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques.
3. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
