Job Role: Dual Service Supervisor Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days (including weekends) – must be flexible. Pay: £12.30 per hour Location: Market Place, Bolton, BL1 2AL Reporting to: Operations Manager Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced Dual Service Supervisor to join our established team based at Market Place, Bolton. The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Licence as a minimum, as well as experience as a security/cleaning supervisor. As a Dual Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security and cleaning team, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard. You will be required to provide a high level of customer service to visitors in the centre, complete patrols and remain vigilant at all times. Duties include: Oversee all day-to-day security and cleaning operations Protecting the client’s property, people and/or assets by providing security and cleaning services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and site-specific procedures. Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing offenders of policy and procedures. Preventing and escalating incidents in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner to the Control Room/Shift Manager/Operations Manager/Emergency Services as appropriate for serious incidents. Ensure all necessary health and safety inspections/patrols are completed to maintain compliance of site procedures. Reporting all incidents, accidents, damage and near missed to the management team immediately followed by a detailed investigation report. Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Maintaining organisation's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. React accordingly to any cleaning needs such as litter picking and reactive cleaning of spillages, mopping and upkeep of centre. Actively maintain a safe, helpful, and secure environment for staff, customers, and visitors. Acting as a first line support to customers and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service. Understanding the needs of our customer, respond accordingly to customer queries and requests and take appropriate action.
