Key Responsibilities:

* Assist guests in selecting the best room options while maximizing revenue through up-selling.
* Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions.
* Handle special requests and ensure guest preferences are recorded.
* Process room reservations, manage rooming lists, and maintain accurate records in the system.

Qualifications
* Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system is preferable but not mandatory.
* Fluency in English.
* Customer Service.
