Job Description Senior Project Manager – Construction Staff Runcorn – Site Based Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a fresh challenge? Engenda Group, a leading engineering and construction company, are on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join our construction division in Runcorn. Role Overview As a Senior Project Manager with Engenda Group, you’ll hold an integral role in the delivery of multiple projects of a key account within the business. As part of our leading construction team permanently based on the client’s site, you will be working alongside multiple teams within Engenda, including, construction, shut-down’s, design, maintenance and PE/PM/CM functions. You will also lead the way with client relations as one of the main ‘go-to’ people on our projects. Key Responsibilities Working on large-scale framework to deliver multiple projects on behalf of a key client account Being the key point of contact for our construction / execution teams and liaising with the client on a wide range of technical subjects Developing and growing the relationship with the client team to further enhance the Engenda profile and our capabilities Lead a multi-disciplined team across the project lifecycle Monitoring project progress, performance and deliverables, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are met Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders and clients Ensuring compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, regulations and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle What you will bring to Engenda Demonstrable experience of leading and working across multiple projects at a time in a project management capacity Experience in managing and developing key client relationships Experience of working within COMAH regulations Any previous experience of working within the chemicals manufacturing / oil & gas sectors would be beneficial.
