The Role
We want our customers to enjoy their holidays with peace of mind, knowing we’ve done everything possible to keep them safe. We are recruiting for a Customer Safety Manager (Standards), who will play a key role in keeping our customers safe when they stay in our hotels.
As our Customer Safety Manager, you’ll be working with partners and internal teams to make sure safety standards are met and risks are properly managed.
You’ll lead on our standards programme and be integral to the assessment of partners and destinations. You’ll make informed tactical decisions about potential risks and proposed treatment of them. Your expertise in hygiene, sanitation, and infection control will be central to developing and improving our safety programmes, and you’ll review safety data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to reduce risks.
You’ll work with internal stakeholders on the ongoing enhancement and tailoring of our standards programme which is informed by local intelligence, performance data, partner conduct and geographical characteristics. You’ll be responsible for monitoring safety regulations and making sure our policies stay up to date, and advising the business to ensure any major risks are flagged without delay.
You’ll also help train internal teams and partners, making sure safety knowledge is shared and understood, and you’ll maintain and update safety materials so teams have clear guidance on managing safety.
How you will do it:
You have experience of international supplier safety, risk management, and compliance, backed by recognised qualifications.
You’ll be an effective communicator who can engage and influence senior stakeholders, making safety a top priority across the business. You can confidently challenge where needed while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet contractual safety obligations, and you’ll have the ability to manage, lead, and support a team of safety experts, ensuring everyone is aligned on safety goals.
Ideally you’ll have operational experience from the airline, tour operator, or a related industry, giving you a solid understanding of the challenges and risks involved, and the relevant regulations to make informed decisions.
What you’ll get in return:
In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme and a 7% pension contribution. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
You'll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
