Position: Full-Time Temporary Admin Officer
Contract: until 31st March 2025 with possible extension
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours per week) - Hybrid
Hourly Rate: £11.87 per hour
Job Description:
The Temporary Worker will provide administrative support. They will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
* Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report
* Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
* Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required
* Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources
* Preparing routine correspondence
Requirements:
* Able to follow well-established processes and detailed instructions.
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience of working in an administrative/customer services role.
* Organizational skills to work within a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and ensuring quality service.
* Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, communicating clearly in writing and orally.
* Experience of working collaboratively within a group or team.
* Ability to work autonomously, taking responsibility and initiative for personal workload and the workload of your team.
