What’s the role?
We’re looking for a Senior PPC Executive to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll support the PPC Manager in managing and optimising PPC activity across CAVU’s portfolio, including Manchester, Stansted, East Midlands, our distribution business, and on-airport clients.
Working across multiple products such as parking and lounges, you’ll bring hands-on experience in Google Ads and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. You’ll play a key part in campaign creation, performance analysis, and optimising accounts to meet ambitious revenue targets and KPIs.
This role also involves owning A/B testing initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and contributing to the success of a PPC team responsible for delivering over £50m in revenue annually.
Core Responsibilities
* Support the PPC Manager in achieving revenue and KPI targets.
* Create and implement a rigorous testing strategy across all relevant areas of the accounts.
* Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across PPC campaigns.
* Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including actionable insights and recommendations.
* Analyse data to uncover key opportunities and drive campaign improvements.
* Monitor and report on competitor activity to stay ahead of industry trends.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC developments and share insights with the team.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a keen commercial mindset:
Experience & Skills
* 2–3 years of hands-on PPC account management experience.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, and Google Analytics (AdWords certification essential, Bing Ads certification preferred).
* Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
* Proven track record of successful campaign management and meeting commercial targets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
