Key Responsibilities: Building Management : Oversee inspections, contractor coordination, and ensure compliance across two residential blocks and 24 townhouses. Resident & Client Relations : Maintain excellent service standards, addressing resident needs and expectations. Legal & Compliance : Ensure lease terms are upheld, handle insurance matters, and manage regular risk assessments. Out-of-Hours Point of Contact : Provide support when required, ensuring consistent communication and problem resolution. What You Need: Previous property management experience, particularly in residential block management. Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple priorities. A valid driving licence.
