* 5+ years of experience in business development, account management with the NHS, or sales within radiology/teleradiology, or an experienced radiology professional looking to transition into a commercial role.
* Excel in relationship management, contract renewals, and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
* Strong commercial acumen, particularly in pricing and contracting.
* Team player, highly organized, and passionate about client success.
* Excellent communication, knowledge of CRM, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
* Identify new business opportunities within the UK healthcare sector.
* Lead contract renewal processes and enhance customer engagement.
* Handle day-to-day client inquiries and resolutions.
* Support tender responses and submissions.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver customer success.
* Regularly travel across the UK for client meetings.
