Preston College are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Recruitment, Progression, and Careers Advisor (19) to join our team and play a key role in supporting students throughout their journey, from initial application through to enrolment and successful progression. In this role, you will provide high-quality careers information, advice, and guidance to prospective and current students, helping them make informed decisions about their futures. You will be involved in a variety of activities, including admissions interviews, assessments, group presentations, careers events, and community-based initiatives, all aimed at enhancing the student experience and supporting successful student outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to engage with individuals at all levels. You will be highly motivated by targets and results, with experience in recruitment and a passion for raising aspirations and supporting progression. A customer-focused approach is essential, as you will work closely with both students and stakeholders to deliver a seamless and positive experience.
