Required or Preferred Experience:
1. Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
2. Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
3. Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
4. Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
5. ServeSafe Certified.
6. Must be at least 18 years of age.
7. Valid Driver's license and vehicle insurance.
8. High school diploma or equivalent.

The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.
