About the role
You will be supporting the Health and Safety Team with administrative support, monitoring the health and safety electronic management systems, personal safety device portal and providing support in relation to corporate related employee and workplace-based health and safety matters to ensure that GreenSquareAccord (GSA) provides a safe place of work.
You will be the main Health and Safety administrative and management systems point of contact for staff and managers across GreenSquareAccord.
You will support on the display screen equipment (DSE) assessment programme and liaise with the operational delivery Teams in co-ordinating the health surveillance programme.

About you
You must have experience of working within a busy team with excellent prioritisation skills. Experience of working in a health and safety or housing environment including using any health and safety related management software within an office environment.
You will have a good general or technical education beyond GCSE e.g., 2 or more A-Levels/NVQ3 or vocabulary, verbal reasoning, and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level.
You will have the ability to write clear and accessible documentation which considers legislative requirements and best practice alongside the practical implications of how they will be applied.
You will have experience of writing reports for an internal audience and have a good working knowledge & experience of using Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
