1. Assist the Radiotherapy pre treatment team to manage patients’ pathway through Radiotherapy process in accordance with National and local protocols.
2. Ensure appropriate and adequate documentation is available to the pre treatment Radiographers to complete patient planning appointments
3. Liaise with other departments and healthcare professionals both internal and external to UHCW NHS Trust to assist patient flow.
4. Utilise the Mosaiq Oncology Management system to and track and record patient pathways
5. Ensure patient appointments are recorded in the appropriate Trust EPR system.

• Manage and prioritise own workload ensuring effective management of time and resources.
• Communicate effectively with patients/ carers by phone or face to face to give Pre Treatment planning appointments
• Provide cover and support to the wider Arden Clerical team as required including front of house roles with direct Patient contact
• Support new team members by demonstrating and explaining routine dept practices and procedures with in a small administrative team
• Undertake any other tasks relevant to the post as required in accordance with the grade and nature of the post
