Position: Primary Teacher Area: Salisbury Pay: £500 – £700 per week We are looking for a passionate and motivated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant and dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to children in ensuring that all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of all students. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect. Assess and monitor the progress of pupils, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential. Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and other colleagues to ensure the success of all children. Support the social, emotional, and personal development of children, helping them to grow in confidence and independence. Maintain a high standard of classroom management, using positive strategies to promote good behaviour. Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress. Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events. Contribute to the school’s ethos and values, promoting an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. About You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and best teaching practices. Experience in teaching in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential for NQTs). A passion for working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A creative, innovative approach to teaching and learning. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
