The opportunity has arisen for an innovative and enthusiastic Band 3 SHCSW to join Midpark Hospital.
Midpark Hospital is an 81 bedded Mental Health Hospital.
The post will involve working under supervision of a registered care professional and other members of the MDT to provide clinical care ensuring high standards are maintained to enhance patient care.
Excellent communication skills are paramount and you must be able to demonstrate that you possess the skills and abilities necessary to work effectively within a clinical team in order to support safe and effective care.
You will be expected to work a variety of shifts over 24 hours including weekends, adhering to HCSW Standards & Code of Conduct which are aligned with the NHS Education for Scotland HCSW Framework demonstrating Clinical Skills, Leadership, Facilitating learning and Service Improvement.
