Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and clear the current candidate backlog, ensuring all applicants are processed efficiently and fairly.
* Organise, update, and maintain the ATS, ensuring all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to meet the organisation's recruitment needs.
* Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates on candidate progress.
* Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, delivering an excellent candidate experience.
* Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and process improvements.
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and experience in managing candidate pipelines.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
* A proactive approach and a can-do attitude.
