Main duties of the job As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Focussing on all things data, you will: Produce reports using Excel and SystmOne Use excel to data cleanse, and manipulate data Input data into excel and SystmOne Produce reports for the Senior Leadership team Admin tasks will include: Carry out admin duties all healthcare pathways, predominantly primary care Work closely with colleagues in other areas of the healthcare team, including mental health Arrange and coordinate internal and external appointments, including hospital appointments Deal with patients, colleagues and other professionals via phone and email, as well as face to face Attend meetings and take minutes as required If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
