About the Job
We’re hiring a Driver's Mate for our client in Thetford. This job is hands-on and involves helping the driver deliver goods. It’s a busy role, so you’ll need to be prepared for hard work and heavy lifting.
What You’ll Do
Help the driver deliver goods to different places.
Lift, carry, and move items (this involves heavy manual handling).
Make sure items are safe and secure during delivery.
Be polite and helpful to customers.
Help with planning delivery routes if needed.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean and tidy.
Follow health and safety rules. What You Need
Be physically fit and able to do heavy lifting.
A good attitude and a strong work ethic.
Be reliable and show up on time.
Good communication skills.
