We're looking for a Partnerships Manager who can unlock new business opportunities, deepening client relationships and driving long-term revenue growth.
This isn't just about managing accounts - it's about building deep-rooted partnerships, negotiating high-value deals, and positioning FGS as the go-to provider in the market. You'll work directly with key clients, ensuring our solutions stay ahead of the curve and deliver maximum impact.
The Role
By joining our team you'll:
* Cultivate and strengthen high-impact partnerships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders
* Drive strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding FGS's market footprint
* Network and expand partnerships to secure new opportunities and extend existing agreements
* Lead customer engagements on commercial proposals and support negotiations
* Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight FGS's industry leadership
* Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to shape product development, go-to-market strategies, and customer engagement initiatives
* Champion industry best practices through proactive engagement, executive-level discussions, and long-term partnership development
* Utilise your relationships to increase adoption of additional support services, maximising customer value and enhancing customer retention
* Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive activities, and emerging business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and finance) to align business goals and drive seamless execution of growth strategies
* Be the market domain expert, providing strategic insights to shape product development, go-to-market strategies, and customer engagement initiatives
* Establish FGS as a leading player in the industry by enhancing market presence and brand visibility and serving as the face of the company at key industry events, trade shows and executive roundtable discussions
This role may require occasional travel to visit clients around the UK
What you can bring to our team:
* A proven track record in B2B partnerships, business development, and account management. Experience managing commercial agreements and key accounts is essential
* Ability to identify and execute growth opportunities, increase revenue streams, and strengthen customer retention strategies
* A Strong ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders to drive sustainable business growth
* Experience in leading contract negotiations, structuring commercial agreements, and delivering strategic proposals that maximise profitability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* A proactive, solutions-driven person who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can balance multiple priorities effectively
* Passion for representing the company at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to elevate FGS's market presence
