Collaborating with the established, passionate, and supportive team, you will strive to achieve the best possible outcomes.Your new role will utilise a strength-based approach in alignment to safeguarding principals. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will be a driven, person-centred Social Worker striving to gain the best outcomes for people. You will display a kind and caring personality, with an understanding of and respect for individuals' qualities, abilities and diverse backgrounds.To be successful, you will require a Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. You will show good assessment skills and extensive knowledge of current Social Work legislation.
