Our large Private Housing Client is looking to recruit Subcontract Domestic Plumbers.
Location: West London & North London
**Own van is required**
Salary: Plumbers: £265 a day; Wet Workers: £28 per hour
Working Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm - Operatives' first job will start at 9am
Must be skilled to complete the following works:
1. Knowledgeable in domestic plumbing repairs
2. Repairing and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures
3. Tap, shower mixer and cartridge replacements
4. Blockages, drainage issues
5. Connection of appliances
6. Leak identification
7. Toilet repairs/replacements
8. Outstanding customer service skills
Requirements:
1. 2+ years plumbing experience
2. UK Driving License
3. Clean DBS
4. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
