Location: Avonmouth Job Type: Full-Time : 8:30- 5pm - 37.5 hours – Monday - Friday We offer a salary of £27,000 ( negotiable) Plus bonus, pension, holidays, sick pay. Key Responsibilities: Inbound Customer Calls and Emails: Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience. Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in our systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free. System Administration: Manage and maintain our internal systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Processing Internal and External Invoices: Process invoices promptly and accurately, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors as needed. Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
