We are seeking front of house support for our stylish office in the Cotswolds. The role is intended to provide effective support to the whole office.
Main responsibilities:
· Greet visitors upon arrival
· Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls
· Provide administrative support to all members of staff
· Scanning and distributing mail on a daily basis
· Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
· Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times
· Preparing correspondence using our case management system
· Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
You will:
· have experience in the customer service sector, preferably reception duties but not essential
· have administration experience within a legal environment (not essential)
· be comfortable speaking with clients and third parties, both on the telephone and in person
· communicate professionally, both in written format and verbally
· be organised, methodical and presentable
· demonstrate initiative
