Job Title: Plant Reliability Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a member of the Maintenance and Reliability Lead team, accountable for defining the long term reliability strategy for Chemical Process Operations.
* Lead a team of reliability specialists to drive the program, develop and improve analysis of plant performance to meet business needs.
* Proactively develop the capability of the Reliability team through coaching and training via the Urenco PDP process.
* Actively promote the UCP plant reliability program to embed a reliability culture throughout the organisation.
* Chair the UCP reliability steering committee, driving forward actions to provide direct impact on UCP performance and throughput.
* Support new project development by providing key reliability assessment support for specification and procurement of new equipment.
Requirements:
* Degree in relevant engineering discipline (preferably mechanical or Control and Instrumentation) or equivalent experience.
* Extensive experience within an engineering discipline and knowledge of a highly regulated industry.
* Demonstrable experience of reliability analysis and continuous improvement techniques.
* Demonstrated experience of managing a team delivering step change improvements.
* Knowledge of Asset Management processes and procedures.
* Good communicator and ability to create strong networks.
