Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Fixed Term Contract)
Duration: 6 months, starting in February 2025
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Executive to join our International Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient payroll services across multiple countries for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert international customer support, managing cases in accordance with global SLAs/KPIs.
* Oversee adherence to payroll calendars and train customers on effective use of our tools.
* Respond to and triage customer queries, ensuring timely resolutions and escalation management.
* Coordinate non-recurring payroll services and tax year-end offerings for international clients.
* Share legislative updates with clients and maintain accurate operational procedures.
* Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with data protection standards, and participate in client calls for smooth payroll delivery.
* Support transitions for new clients and manage legacy systems with high complexity.
Requirements:
* Built experience in customer support, payroll or international business operations.
* Fluent in English; any additional language is welcome.
* Detail-oriented.
* Proactive approach.
* Skilled in managing customer relationships across diverse teams and passionate to build long lasting relationships with international customers.
* Good basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
* Basic numerical skills.

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location.
