We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning manufacturing firm in Telford, who are looking to appoint a HR Administrator on a permanent basis. This will be a full-time position, with a salary of £26,500 per annum. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Providing support for onboarding processes such as creation of contracts and RTW checks Helping support employees and managers on any changes to employee T&C’s Support the HR team with leavers processes which may include dismissals and redundancy’s Creating disciplinary & grievance packs for line manager use Producing reports for the HR team and mangers on necessary topics Maintaining employee files, ensuring compliance with data protection Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work in a team environment Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong communication skills Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
