Boden Group is seeking a dynamic Property Project & Compliance Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance, and project management across a diverse property portfolio.
Our client requires a strong leader to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional estate management standards.
More about the role:
1. Lead proactive and reactive maintenance programs.
2. Manage compliance initiatives, including fire safety, risk assessments, and regulatory adherence.
3. Oversee maintenance projects, lifecycle works, and asset management.
4. Build relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and tenants.
5. Ensure effective budget control and financial reporting.
6. Lead a small facilities team, fostering growth and development.
7. Travel across the UK to evaluate the estate.
What we are looking for:
1. NEBOSH qualified (desirable) with extensive facilities/estates management experience.
2. Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Project tools.
4. Team player with the ability to work independently.
